Amazon Appeal Xperts provides professional consultation and assistance with Amazon seller account appeals, including but not limited to account reinstatement, ASIN appeals, policy violation responses, and intellectual property claim defenses. Our services are consultative in nature, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your Amazon account and situation
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation
• Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Maintain confidentiality of any strategies or advice provided
• Comply with all applicable Amazon policies and terms of service

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon engagement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as specified in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, though such changes will not affect services already contracted.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive for the best possible outcomes, Amazon Appeal Xperts cannot and does not guarantee that your Amazon account will be reinstated or that any specific appeal will be successful. Amazon's decisions are solely at their discretion, and we have no control over their final determinations.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your express consent. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of our proprietary methods, strategies, and advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Amazon Appeal Xperts' liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for services. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, templates, and content provided by Amazon Appeal Xperts remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials solely for their own appeal purposes and may not distribute, sell, or share them with third parties.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, client remains responsible for payment of services rendered. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if client engages in fraudulent activity or violates these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

12. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

13. Subscription Services and Billing

For clients who subscribe to our monthly service plans:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via credit card through our secure payment processor (Stripe)
• Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment and provides continuous access to our services
• All subscription prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers

14. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Understanding our automatic renewal policy:

• All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You will be charged automatically on your renewal date using your stored payment method
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Client Portal subscription management page
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you retain access until then
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period after cancellation

15. Subscription Refunds and Credits

Our subscription refund policy:

• A 50-70% refund may be issued if we are unable to resolve your case, as specified in our service guarantee
• Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and requires documentation of our efforts
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Subscription credits or pro-rata adjustments may be offered at our discretion for service interruptions
